 So Greenery and potted plants is definitely a thing now, Not just at home (although we do love plant babies) but they make perfect decor to spruce up your venue, And they can be totally budget friendly too. Succulents, Cactuses, Fiddle leaves or Peace Lilies, literally there will always be a plant to suit your theme! Try potted plants to line the aisle, at the bar or just spotted around your venue to bring a cosy lush feel.

2. Food Bars

It's easy, it's cost effective and hell, it's just completely fun! Food bars have taken over as the 'in' dining option for modern day weddings, and it's not hard to see why. This option, perfect for a more casual or 'festival' style wedding allows guests to put together their own combo of food. It's easier to cater for dietary requirements and perfect for adults and little-ones alike.

You can get totally creative with it too; Pizza Bars, Doughnut Bars, Nacho/ Taco Bars, Pasta Bars, Cupcake Bars, Ice-cream bars, Mojito Bars! Seriously you can probably make any kind of food into a cool trendy bar that your guests will love!

3. Games

More than ever, weddings are about the fun rather than the formal. It's completely acceptable to get completely sloshed passing around a bottle of fireball and dancing on a table. Games and fun activities are now becoming an important part of the day's events and helps guest relax and mingle with the other side of your family. You've seen the usual lawn games; naughts and crosses, Connect 4, Giant Jenga etc but how about something a bit different getting everyone involved;
-Trivia
- Kahoot is a great online game (that's FREE wooo!). It allows guests to connect via smartphone and answer the questions shown on a large screen
- A photobooth is always fun
- A Pinata
Seriously the possibilities are endless, Create a day that guests will never forget!

4. Mixed Bridesmaid Dresses

Traditionally Bridesmaids have always worn the same outfit. The same hideous dress that may look great on one...but terrrrrrible on another. Pink may not be someones colour, nor v-neck the other. And yes, it is the bride's day and you don't want your bridesmaids to look better than the bride right? But seriously, you're in a wedding dress....no one is going to look better than you!
You want your bridesmaids to compliment you, and gone are the days of traditional attire! Wether that be mixed styles or mixed colour, allowing each bridesmaid to choose their own dress to compliment them and the theme of your day is definitely a trend we are all onboard for.

It can be the same fabric just different styles, the same style in different colour OR just all completely different. We think this trend should stay for good!

This could be a difficult one as some venue's will not allow animals. But, your fur babies are a seriously important part of your life, so why not have them there on your special day!
